Case Study: Ajax Textile achieves 24/7 equipment reliability and streamlined maintenance with DPSI's PMC

A DPSI Case Study

Preview of the Ajax Textile Case Study

Ajax Textile - Customer Case Study

Ajax Textile Processing Company Ltd., Canada’s largest independent textile dyeing and finishing plant, runs a 125,000 sq. ft. facility almost 24/7 to supply active and casual wear. When the plant discovered its in-house maintenance software was not Y2K-compliant and IT could not update it in time, maintenance supervisor Don Holden needed a fast, reliable replacement to keep critical equipment operating.

Holden selected DPSI’s PMC CMMS, implemented it in two months, and migrated 260 assets and hundreds of work orders. PMC made preventive scheduling, work-order printing (100+ per week), late-task reporting and failure-history tracking straightforward, while responsive support and on-site training sped adoption. The result: clearer accountability, more effective preventive maintenance, easier downtime planning — and a system Holden now calls indispensable.
