ESCO Corporation, a Portland-based manufacturer of wear parts for the mining and construction industries, struggled with geographically dispersed plants, recent acquisitions and cumbersome spreadsheet-based KPI tracking and corrective-action reviews. To expand KPI use beyond operations and gain timely visibility and accountability, ESCO engaged Dploy Solutions and implemented the cloud-based Dploy KPI solution.

Dploy Solutions helped ESCO standardize scorecards across manufacturing sites, supply chain, sales regions and corporate levels, automating monthly reporting and the corrective-action review process. The deployment simplified monthly reporting, improved problem solving, increased visibility and accountability companywide, and enabled executive-level reporting to the board; ESCO is now piloting Dploy’s Strategy module to better prioritize initiatives.
