Bonnell Aluminum, a 60+ year manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions, faced fragmented operational and policy deployment practices across its five facilities—manual, spreadsheet-driven tracking, inconsistent reporting formats, and little linkage between local initiatives and company strategic goals.
