AML Oceanographic, a developer of time‑of‑flight sound velocity sensors and custom sensing solutions, struggled with slow, error‑prone SOP authoring and distribution using a Jive wiki. Managing hundreds of evolving, customized assembly procedures — including image markups, formatting and version control — consumed engineers’ and technical writers’ time and made standardization and transparency difficult, so AML engaged Dozuki to address these issues.
