Leading Canadian Wealth Management Firm had a manual, paper-based client onboarding process across nearly 40 branches that drove up courier, paper, storage and staffing costs, created long 2–5 day delays and high error (NIGO) rates, and limited scalability. Doxim configured Client Onboarding to the firm’s sub-branch/branch/head-office model, automating more than 1,000 questionnaire items, five workflows and 144 business rules and bringing over 90% of account types online. The result, delivered by Doxim, was near‑zero NIGO rates, almost all accounts opened same day, reduced courier runs from daily to weekly, lower costs and higher throughput (advisors setting new volume records) with instant document access and improved visibility for advisors, operations and compliance.
