Worldsource Securities Inc., a member of IIROC and CIPF and a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian Capital Group Limited with 13 branches across Canada, faced a slow, paper-based account opening process that caused long lead times, high error/rejection rates, and significant printing and courier costs with limited visibility into application status. To address these issues, Worldsource selected Doxim’s Client Onboarding application to replace manual forms and streamline account openings.

Doxim implemented an automated onboarding solution (over 1,000 questions, 2 workflows and 175 business rules with data imaging) that was deployed in under two months. The Doxim Client Onboarding system eliminated duplicate data entry, enforced mandatory fields to reduce Not-In-Good-Order scores, generated print-ready, pre-populated forms for signature, and provided real-time status and notifications. The result: accounts now open often within minutes or the same day, advisor productivity increased, shipping and printing costs were significantly reduced, and branch adoption was rapid.
