G&F Financial Group, one of British Columbia’s top ten credit unions with over 26,000 members and $1.3 billion under administration across 13 branches, sought to go paperless to reduce its carbon footprint and improve member experience. Facing a large scanning and archiving project, G&F partnered with Doxim to find an industry-specific electronic document management solution.
Doxim implemented its Document Imaging tool and Enterprise Content Manager (ECM), plus an automated loan-file push with Technicost, creating a central, secure repository and speeding scanning and indexing. In under a year G&F stopped printing member and loan files, completed uploads of branch, loan and HR files ahead of schedule, increased digitization throughput tenfold, reduced printing/mailing/archiving costs, supported Climate Smart emission goals, and gave staff near-instant access to documents for faster member service — all delivered by Doxim.
