Doxel implemented autonomous site monitoring with HD cameras and laser scanners, then used AI to measure installed quantities, forecast cost-at-completion, and detect quality issues in real time. The results were strong: labor productivity increased 38% across all trades, the project finished 11% under budget, and Doxel’s cost-at-completion prediction was 96% accurate with 6x more lead time than a conventional forecast.
