Intrepid Group, the world’s largest provider of adventure travel experiences, turned to Dovetail to help its rapidly growing UX and research team manage the increasing volume of customer feedback and research findings. With teams spread across three time zones and more than 50,000 pieces of feedback collected in a year, the company needed a central, searchable repository to improve practice alignment, share insights faster, and make information easier to access.

Using Dovetail as a research repository and searchable library, Intrepid Group has begun organizing raw data and qualitative insights into a clearer hierarchy that supports better decision-making across the UX team. The platform is already helping designers and researchers quickly find answers without retracing old sessions, and Intrepid Group plans to expand Dovetail’s use to Marketing and Insights to ground more decisions in customer experience.
