Pixlee TurnTo, a B2B SaaS user-generated content marketing platform, needed to expand its software engineering team but had three technical roles open for months with a weak candidate pipeline. Despite posting on major job boards and exhausting personal networks, the company struggled to find high-quality candidates for senior devops, senior test engineer, and integrations engineer roles. Pixlee TurnTo partnered with Dover to improve both the quantity and quality of applicants.
Dover worked closely with Pixlee TurnTo to define the ideal candidate profile, shadowed interviews, reviewed past candidate feedback, and then proactively sourced and engaged targeted candidates using the Pixlee and Jeff’s personal brands. Dover provided weekly updates and continuously refined the search based on interview feedback. The result was 75 new candidates engaged per week, about 8 new phone screens weekly, a first offer within a month, and 2 hires within 2 months.
