Doubleknot Delivers Registration and Management for AZA 2015 Educators’ Soiree

Doubleknot supported Utah’s Hogle Zoo in managing registration for the AZA 2015 Educators’ Soiree. Organizers needed a solution for online ticket sales and payments, complimentary VIP tickets counted in headcount, printable and mobile tickets, fast on-site validation to eliminate lines, and pre- and post-event communications.

Doubleknot delivered online registration with VIP registrant types, emailed reminders with QR-coded mobile or print-at-home tickets, and an iOS mobile check-in app that allowed staff to scan tickets with an iPhone, greet attendees by name and verify balances.
