Chippewa Nature Center (CNC), a large nonprofit nature center serving more than 60,000 visitors annually, needed to replace paper-based camp registration and a siloed membership system. Parents queued in person for limited Nature Day Camp spots and staff spent hours on data entry; CNC wanted a single integrated solution for camp and event registration, membership management (with automatic discounts), online donations, email communications, and reporting.
CNC selected Doubleknot’s integrated online suite, which imported memberships, enabled online camp registration with a practice walkthrough, added donations, a site-wide membership link and event calendar, and provided built-in reporting and email tools. The rollout and training were smooth, and results were immediate: families registered online without long lines, member discounts applied automatically, staff time on registration and data entry declined, forms were completed online, reporting improved, and membership accuracy and renewals increased.
