The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF), the world’s largest nonprofit focused solely on multiple myeloma, needed a better way to capture employer matching gifts across its 20,000+ annual donors. Double the Donation deployed its 360MatchPro platform to automate employer identification (email-domain screening and autocomplete search), surface match instructions on the donation confirmation page, and send customizable automated follow-up emails. The solution produced measurable results: an 8.02% increase in matching gift revenue, over $247,000 in match-eligible dollars identified, a 56% open rate on automated matching emails, and improved donor engagement—helping MMRF scale its workplace giving program efficiently.
