The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) faced the challenge of tracking and driving employer matching gifts across many large fundraising campaigns and donation forms, which had become a full-time effort. Double the Donation implemented 360MatchPro features such as email-domain screening, a streamlined employer search on donation forms, match details on thank-you pages, customizable automated emails from @lls.org, CRM sync, and a dashboard for prioritizing top prospects. As a result, LLS reports roughly a 48% year‑over‑year increase in matching gift revenue, expects annual matching revenue to grow by over $1 million, and has seen strong engagement metrics (100,000+ donors using the system, ~1 hour to first email follow-up, 61% open rate and 21% click rate) using Double the Donation’s solution.
