TraveliT worked with DotModus to address the growing manual burden of auditing expense claims. As its travel booking and expense management business expanded, roughly 300 staff were spending significant time categorising and checking receipts and invoices submitted through TraveliT’s web and mobile platforms.

DotModus implemented a machine learning-backed OCR solution that automatically classifies uploaded documents, checks for duplicates, extracts key data, and flags suspicious terms for review. The system now processes about 2,000 claims per day, helping TraveliT scale without adding headcount and saving countless man hours through a more robust, efficient document scanning process.
