Implementing Dotmatics ELN into Charles River Laboratories’ ‘Lab of the Future’

Charles River Laboratories (CRL), a CRO with more than 100 facilities in over 20 countries, needed to modernize its labs by moving from legacy, on‑premises processes to cloud/SaaS while meeting strict compliance, integration, and permission requirements. Dotmatics configured, tested and rolled out its ELN across three sites in the UK and the Netherlands for roughly 500 researchers using staged deployments, training, Jira‑based project tracking, and ongoing support.
