Antabio Implement Web-based Informatics Solution to Facilitate Global Collaborations

Antabio, a private biopharmaceutical company developing novel antibacterials, faced rapidly growing and dispersed research data across sites in France, the UK and the US and with external CROs. Their legacy Excel-based workflows and a simple chemistry database made data analysis slow, error-prone and hard to link to raw assay parameters, so Antabio chose the Dotmatics Informatics Platform (the Dotmatics solution) to support global collaboration and project oversight.

Dotmatics implemented a web-based integrated solution—configuring assay capture (IC50/Ki, MICs, plate setups), structural and registration data, and analytics via Browser and Vortex—so scientists and managers can access and analyze all project data in one place. The Dotmatics deployment eliminated manual data transfers, enabled IC50 and MIC analysis within a single system, improved data quality and reproducibility, and cut experiment analysis time from about one hour to under ten minutes.
