TVS Credit, part of the TVS Group and a large lender with a frontline workforce of more than 10,000 employees, wanted a better way to identify candidates who would be a strong fit for its culture, perform well, and stay longer. The company sought a hiring filter beyond the first-manager interview and turned to dotin Inc.’s PerFit-HR AI hiring assessment platform.

dotin Inc. implemented PerFit-HR to analyze candidates’ subconscious motivators, personality, and fit with the organization, then validate the tool against actual employee performance. In pilot testing and follow-on hiring analysis, the platform accurately distinguished high and low performers, and over a six-month period candidates identified as strong fits delivered higher productivity. Based on these results, TVS Credit scaled PerFit-HR across all its locations in India.
