Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) partnered with dotin Inc. to address the challenge of quickly and accurately predicting the success of job candidates, especially for sales and credit officer roles. TCS wanted a better way to identify high-potential talent and reduce attrition by improving hiring decisions before interviews.

Using dotin Inc.’s HR AI analytics technology as part of its TCS Workforce Analytics Offering, TCS assessed talent fit and cultural alignment without asking candidates questions. The solution analyzed 1,329 sales and credit officers and delivered strong outcomes: candidates recommended by the dotin system performed 2.5x better, and 72% of the top 5% of sales and credit officers were recommended by dotin.
