Caliber, a multi-service automotive company with collision, auto care, auto glass, and fleet offerings, needed to unify four separate websites into one central digital experience. The fragmented sites were confusing customers and made it harder to maintain a consistent Caliber brand across services; the company turned to dotCMS and its creative agency partner Barbarian for help.

Using dotCMS, Barbarian replatformed Caliber’s web properties into one site with modular, scalable, and secure infrastructure, while creating tailored experiences for each service area. The new site improved navigation and wayfinding and delivered measurable gains for Caliber, including a 252% increase in time spent on site, a 28.2% decrease in bounce rate, and a 173% increase in pages viewed per session.
