Dell Attorneys, a Florida law firm, required a complex new website with a custom insurance-review platform and a CRM. The challenge was to design and build this large, responsive WordPress site with many distinct templates and faceted search, all while preserving their valuable first-page Google rankings for hundreds of competitive keywords. They partnered with vendor Dorve UX for this combined UI design and development project.

Dorve UX implemented a solution that included extensive user research, SEO analysis, and a clear design system with wireframes and Figma prototypes. They delivered a custom WordPress theme with a faceted review platform and a lightweight React CRM. The result was a successful site launch that maintained all of the firm's hard-won search rankings. The new platform holds hundreds of reviews and is connected to a system for converting reviewers into clients.
