BreadWorks, a baking company in Western Pennsylvania, faced challenges with conveyor sanitation and maintenance on its production lines due to the need for daily cleaning. Their older Dorner 6100 Series conveyors were not ideally suited for this rigorous cleaning regimen. They worked with vendor Dorner to find a more suitable solution.

Dorner provided its new AquaPruf line of stainless steel sanitary conveyors, designed to withstand high-pressure washings without corrosion. After installation, the AquaPruf conveyors proved to be a better fit for BreadWorks' needs. In a separate instance, Dorner's LPZ Series conveyor also helped the company resolve a dough handling issue on another production line, demonstrating Dorner's responsive engineering.
