dormakaba implemented Saffire LX‑M Smart RFID mortise locks and Saflok SR perimeter/amenity readers managed by Community™ software to deliver one-key access (RFID and BLE/mobile) across residences, elevators, parking and common areas. The solution centralized administration—staff can add/delete residents and issue keys in minutes, export audit reports, and configure schedules—while reducing upkeep with contactless readers and batteries that last up to two years. dormakaba’s system delivered the promised convenience, enhanced security and operational efficiency for Rhapsody and Central Parc, and is scalable as amenities evolve.
