The Squaire - Customer Case Study

The Squaire is Germany’s largest office complex — a 660‑meter, omega‑shaped building in Frankfurt that houses 7,000 office staff across nine floors. To create a welcoming, visually elegant and secure access environment that echoes the building’s curved architecture, The Squaire engaged dormakaba to deliver access solutions, including curved sliding doors with HSW horizontal sliding walls, around 800 ITS 96 door closers, emergency exit control systems and SVP locks.

dormakaba translated the building’s oval lines into functional fittings: curved sliding doors and HSW walls for a cohesive aesthetic, ITS 96 closers for convenience, and emergency exit control systems and SVP locks for safety and security. The dormakaba installation—serving 7,000 occupants and featuring roughly 800 ITS 96 closers—provided reliable access control, enhanced safety and a visually integrated entrance experience across the entire complex.
