Preview of the Manpower Case Study

Manpower - Customer Case Study

Manpower, Inc. built a $78 million, 280,000 sq ft international headquarters in downtown Milwaukee with goals of sustainability, a Euro-style aesthetic, and cost-effective comfort. To meet those requirements for green materials, high-traffic performance, and an international look, dormakaba supplied DORMA-branded architectural hardware, including 8900 and BTS80 series door closers, 9000 exit devices, LM pivots and D800 dead bolts.

dormakaba’s specified DORMA hardware was installed throughout the facility, providing durable, low-maintenance door control, security and sleek styling that aligned with Manpower’s functional and budgetary goals. The robust, concealed and reduced-projection solutions supported the building’s high-traffic use and sustainability objectives, contributing to the long-term, trouble-free operation of the 280,000 sq ft Manpower headquarters, which achieved LEED Gold certification.
