Perfecting the quality of service thanks to Transactional Email

Buzone, a Mexican electronic-billing company that automates creation and exchange of tax documents, needed to improve the security, deliverability and tracking of its transactional emails. To meet those needs they turned to Doppler Relay and its email relay platform to ensure high-quality, secure sendings and confirmations for each message.

Buzone integrated with Doppler Relay via the REST API, using predefined templates that attach generated PDFs while Doppler Relay sends messages one-by-one and secures communications with SSL. The implementation delivered measurable results (data period November 2016): 15,416 emails sent, 97% deliverability, 1.3% hard bounce, 1.7% soft bounce and a 20% open rate (3,008 opens), along with easier integration and responsive support from Doppler Relay.
