Lynkos, a business directory, needed to reliably deliver large volumes of transactional and notification emails so platform workflows and customer engagement wouldn’t suffer. To solve this, Lynkos integrated Doppler Relay using its Rest API to send all informational and notification emails and ensure inbox delivery and timely notifications.

Doppler Relay provided a managed transactional email service that removed the complexity of running a compliant mail server and reduced spam placement and delivery latency. As a result, Lynkos sent 528,610 emails (average 5,828/day) with 491,279 delivered, a 93% deliverability rate and a 19% open rate, improving overall deliverability and operational efficiency.
