Roll'd, an Australian quick service restaurant, needed a scalable way to offer white-label delivery through its own website without raising menu prices. The challenge was to find a sustainable delivery solution that could be implemented quickly across their many locations without the high cost and logistical burden of hiring their own drivers. They turned to the vendor DoorDash for a solution.

DoorDash implemented its Drive On-Demand service, integrating it with Roll'd's ordering system in just ten days. This provided a network of white-label drivers to fulfill delivery orders placed directly on the Roll'd website. As a result, Roll'd saw a 177% increase in native delivery sales and a 182% increase in orders. DoorDash enabled the restaurant to maintain in-store pricing and pivot successfully during the pandemic, with overall monthly sales from DoorDash growing by 27%.
