Fromagerie Victoria, a restaurant and dairy bar staple in Quebec City, faced slowed expansion plans and the need to grow off-premise revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. DoorDash expanded its service into new regions to accommodate Fromagerie Victoria, providing a responsive, personalized management approach and the DashPass subscription program. This partnership allowed the restaurant to not only survive but grow, diversifying its revenue stream and reaching new clientele. The results included a 7% increase in overall sales, with 30% of orders coming from DashPass and 22% of DoorDash orders coming from new customers.
