Vinz on Fairfax, a 150-unit luxury building operated by Alliance Residential Company, needed a smart-access solution that would both differentiate the property and give residents and property managers confidence in using the technology. To meet that challenge they deployed DOOR’s smart access system, with a particular emphasis on ensuring strong customer support and onboarding so managers and residents would feel comfortable using the new devices.
DOOR provided pre-move‑in training for property staff, on-site support the first day residents moved in, customer success materials for onboarding, weekday support from 8:00 AM–midnight, and a channel partner program for installation and maintenance; DOOR’s average response time was about 12 minutes. The system became a leasing differentiator—helping prospects choose Vinz on Fairfax—residents found it intuitive, and property staff praised the fast, consistent support provided by DOOR.
