DOOR’s full-building access platform gave property staff a single desktop and smartphone tool to manage apartment and amenity access, while residents could use a phone, door code, or keycard to enter. The DOOR deployment increased security and resident peace of mind through visual access logs, cut the time and expense of rekeying and device management, reduced lockouts and turnover headaches, and proved successful enough that Empire Property Group is planning wider rollouts across its portfolio.
