Wisznia | Architecture & Development, a New Orleans–based multifamily developer, wanted a modern leasing experience for The Garage that matched the building’s innovative design and prioritized prospect convenience. To enable unattended, self-guided showings and digital access control, they partnered with DOOR’s smart access solution to digitize tours and offer secure, remote entry for prospects.
DOOR’s system allowed the leasing team to share time-limited doorcodes and remote access to both common and unit doors, extend showing hours beyond typical office times, and capture entry photos for security. As a result, The Garage now offers Matterport and video tours plus secure unattended showings, reducing staff coordination and enabling at least five prospective tenants to use self-guided tours in six weeks while improving flexibility and tracking for the leasing team.
