Science Gallery Uses Doodle to Streamline Their Meetings, Optimize Collaborations, and Achieve Their Unique Mission

Science Gallery, a public-facing network of academic partners that runs transdisciplinary exhibitions and events, faced complex scheduling challenges across 130 employees and numerous external stakeholders. To reduce the time-consuming back-and-forth of coordinating meetings across institutions and time zones, Science Gallery adopted Doodle for scheduling (including Doodle 1:1/meetme features) to streamline how they set up internal and partner meetings.

Doodle provided a cross‑platform scheduling interface, shareable URLs, and one‑on‑one booking tools that handle different calendars and time zones, enabling meetings that might not otherwise take place.
