Doodle Helps the Canadian Dental Association Navigate the Busy Schedules of Teams of Dentists

The Canadian Dental Association, a non-profit of 50 volunteer dentists representing over 20,000 practitioners, struggled to coordinate committees of about 20 busy dentists who volunteer outside regular office hours. To solve the heavy back-and-forth of scheduling, the CDA turned to Doodle, using Doodle polls, Doodle 1:1 and a centralized Doodle dashboard to simplify meeting planning.

Doodle deployed group polls, one‑to‑one booking with automatic calendar integration, branded invitations, reminders and central account management (50 accounts), which reduced scheduling friction, prevented double‑bookings and sped up meeting organization. As a result, the CDA consistently assembles large committees more quickly, saving time for volunteers and enabling the association to reach consensus on public policy.
