RevUnit, a growing and increasingly remote company, needed a better way to keep teammates connected as headcount and locations expanded. To preserve culture and help employees build relationships across teams and time zones, they turned to Donut’s coffee-introduction program.
With Donut, RevUnit launched companywide random coffee chats and later created additional channels for specific teams like dev, product, and design. The program helped remote and in-office employees build trust, sparked cross-functional friendships, and made meetings feel more natural; while there’s no hard ROI metric, employees reported stronger connections, better collaboration, and a more engaged culture through Donut.
