Case Study: Quartet builds thriving ERGs with Donut

A Donut Case Study

Preview of the Quartet Case Study

Quartet - Customer Case Study

Quartet, a nearly 300-person remote-friendly healthcare company, wanted a better way to build inclusion, belonging, and cross-company connection through employee resource groups (ERGs). As participation grew across seven ERGs, the team needed a scalable framework to support leadership, funding, safe spaces, and meaningful programming. Donut was used to help ERG members stay connected through introductions and relationship-building conversations.

Donut supported Quartet’s ERG framework by enabling personalized connections alongside a broader structure that included ERG leads, budgets, executive sponsors, and regular check-ins. The result was a highly engaged program with 70%+ employee participation, multiple active ERGs, and tangible business impact such as new accessibility practices, expanded parental leave, adoption assistance, and recognition of Juneteenth as a company holiday.
