Beyond Pricing, a values-driven, globally distributed company, needed a way to keep employees connected and engaged as remote work became the norm during COVID-19. With teams spread across cities and time zones, the company wanted to preserve its culture, reinforce its core values, and create the kind of personal connection that had come naturally in the office. Donut helped support this effort through its Slack-based pairing and onboarding workflows.

Beyond Pricing launched a Donut-powered #bp-besties program to pair coworkers for casual, non-work conversations, and also used Donut for a “welcome to WFH” onboarding workflow with daily tips and resources. The result was strong adoption and engagement: more than 90% of employees joined the channel, with an all-time meeting rate above 80%. Beyond Pricing said Donut played a key role in helping them stay connected when they were missing in-person interaction.
