Honor Flight Syracuse, Inc. is one of 130 hubs across the country that takes veterans to Washington, DC, and it needed a way to manage a rapidly growing constituent base as it expanded from a few hundred records to thousands. The organization turned to DonorSnap, an online donation platform and nonprofit CRM, to replace a simple Excel-based process and support its fundraising and communications needs.

With DonorSnap, Honor Flight Syracuse implemented a seamless data conversion, ongoing customer support, and tools such as NCOA, an iPhone app, constituent photos, mass email campaigns, DonorSearch ratings, and online forms for financial transactions. DonorSnap helped the nonprofit build a 360-degree view of its constituents, grow to more than 5,600 records, and prepare to take its 1,000th veteran to Washington.
