Vodafone Australia, part of a globally recognisable telco group, needed a scalable, easy-to-use safety management solution that worked on any mobile device and stayed within budget. Vodafone Australia engaged Donesafe to create VodaSafe powered by Donesafe — an incident and hazard reporting portal and broader safety management tool — using a co‑build, no‑code (drag-and-drop) approach to tailor the system to their unique requirements.

Donesafe configured and rolled out VodaSafe with a national go‑live in early June; employees quickly logged in, completed actions and submitted accurate reports that flowed through automated workflows. Donesafe’s implementation consolidated Contractor Management, Learning Management, Injury Management, chemical and plant registers, checklists and more, delivering rapid adoption, streamlined reporting and centralized safety oversight across Vodafone Australia.
