Bridgestone Corporation, via its Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia business, needed a scalable, global‑approved safety system to replace paper forms and disconnected applications across multiple sites in Australia and Papua New Guinea. The safety team faced time drains, reactive processes and the need for a configurable platform that could grow with the business.
