Black & Veatch partnered with Donesafe to streamline safety management and training across its global engineering and construction workforce of roughly 10,000 employees and 5,000 subcontractors. Tasked with delivering a USAID-funded initiative to create sustainable 12‑month power plant operation and maintenance training programs, Black & Veatch needed a unified safety management system and scalable online and emergency-care training to upskill civilians into operators, mechanics, electricians, and instrument technicians.

Donesafe implemented an integrated Safety Management System and industrial skills training solution that consolidated workflows, forms, reporting, and course delivery. The deployment expanded Black & Veatch’s online catalog (including OSHA, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space, Pandemics, and more), supported certification training for 500+ employees per year, enabled training programs that will scale to train thousands for the USAID effort, centralized mission‑critical data, and improved safety culture, efficiency, and cost control across safety management, online training, industrial skills, and emergency care.
