Domotz was piloted on 3 sites and quickly rolled out to a further 12 clients; Homeplay now uses Domotz Pro on every installation. Domotz’s mobile app, real-time alerts and remote power management let technicians spot and fix problems immediately (for example, an installer re-plugged an offline device on-site), eliminating unnecessary truck rolls, enabling remote reboots of Sky set-top boxes, saving time and money, and improving customer satisfaction and scalability.
