Trove Brands, a designer and manufacturer of fitness, health, and lifestyle products, needed to simplify how teams access, share, and report data across the company to drive better decisions and widespread BI adoption. With about 180+ employees, the business technology team sought a simple, scalable tool that could become the single source of truth.
Since 2016 Trove adopted Domo, rolling it out from executives to sales, finance, logistics and other teams; using personalized dashboards, half-hour data refreshes, integrations (Shopify, Wrike, ERP) and automated alerts. The result: streamlined intelligence and operations, a more data-driven culture, faster decision-making (now used by ~70 Domo users), improved logistics responsiveness, and better visibility to sustain momentum during remote work.
