Regional One Health, a 3,807-employee hospital system with $1.7B in revenue and nationally recognized Centers of Excellence, set out to break down data silos and make analytics part of everyday clinical and operational decision-making. The challenge was to unify disparate data sources so clinicians and leaders could quickly spot issues, improve patient throughput, and drive financial performance without disrupting frontline care.

They implemented Domo as a single analytics platform, building ~50 dashboards and thousands of cards used by ~200 users and packaging 16 critical KPIs into a Healthcare Metrics Quick Starter App for faster adoption. The real-time visibility reduced meeting time, improved ED throughput and length-of-stay monitoring, raised pharmacy fill rates from ~33% to a ~60% average (some clinics 98%), grew pharmacy capture by 15% (adding $6M), and drove 20% referral growth.
