ESPN implemented the Nielsen Social Program App to track daily Nielsen social content ratings and fan sentiment for all programming and compare those insights with contact‑center interactions. The app gave ESPN a comprehensive view of fan sentiment and helped the team keep messaging on‑brand and consistent throughout the entire fan experience.
