Improving the health and welfare of children around the world

Save the Children is a global humanitarian organization that works to give every child a healthy start, the opportunity to learn, and protection from harm. Serving 155 million children across the U.S. and 120 countries, the organization wanted to better leverage data to gain faster insights into the populations it serves and more efficiently allocate limited resources to drive greater impact for children worldwide.

Working with Domo and the Global Sponsorship Program (project completed Winter 2018–2019), Save the Children centralized data in the Domo platform to deliver real-time, global metrics and daily updates on children available for assistance. This enabled quicker decision-making, empowered country managers to direct resources to areas of greatest need, and improved the organization’s ability to positively impact more children.
