Home Franchise Concepts (HFC) helps entrepreneurs run businesses across 10 brands and 2,600 territories but struggled to turn fragmented, manual BI into usable insights. Data lived in six separate CRMs plus corporate and marketing sources, reporting was inconsistent and often delivered as static monthly PDFs, and franchisees and local teams lacked timely, actionable information.
