Using Domo Everywhere to automatically collect, analyze and visualize franchise-level data, Harcourts gave managers mobile access, created a “digital whiteboard,” and introduced benchmarking and leaderboards tailored to different teams’ needs. Deployed in 600 offices, the solution turned informal visits into data-driven conversations, improved visibility into profitability drivers, enabled real-time target tracking and benchmarking, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
