Harcourts Improves Insight Into its Global Real Estate Empire with Domo

Harcourts International, a global real estate franchisor with more than 900 offices, 6,700 sales consultants and $40 billion in annual transactions, needed to answer a single critical question: what drives each franchisee’s profitability? Data was trapped in silos, metrics were shared manually, and operations couldn’t easily compare performance or spread best practices across markets.

Using Domo Everywhere to automatically collect, analyze and visualize franchise-level data, Harcourts gave managers mobile access, created a “digital whiteboard,” and introduced benchmarking and leaderboards tailored to different teams’ needs. Deployed in 600 offices, the solution turned informal visits into data-driven conversations, improved visibility into profitability drivers, enabled real-time target tracking and benchmarking, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
