Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, a large nonprofit based in Indianapolis that runs retail, workplace training, education and industrial services, struggled with scattered data across systems and manual reporting. By implementing Domo to pull together Salesforce, Excel, SQL Server and social data, Goodwill gave directors mobile access to dashboards and enabled self-service reporting.
