Gant Travel helps business travelers adapt to the pandemic with Domo

Gant Travel, a 100-employee corporate travel management firm, was hit hard by COVID-19 as clients stopped routine business trips and needed urgent, different information—cancellations, waivers and real-time safety data—rather than standard booking details. The company had to quickly pivot from arranging travel to helping clients understand commitments and protect travelers’ health and safety.

Gant built shareable cards and dashboards in Domo Everywhere and used Domo Embed with programmatic filtering to automatically surface personalized dashboards to 2,000+ travel managers. By layering COVID-19 data over itineraries and enforcing permission-based access for sensitive health information, Gant delivered secure, real-time insights that helped clients make timely duty-of-care decisions (e.g., WFH or quarantine) and adapt their travel programs.
